From our first meeting to closing - what to expect!

01 | A ProSell broker will meet with you to discuss your specific needs and time frame, and review the current housing inventory and market conditions. We will also tour your house, condo, or multifamily property and learn what’s most important to you during the sale.

02 | A competitive listing price will be finalized after completing a Comparative Market Analysis, and ProSell’s listing contract will be reviewed and signed.

03 | We will share the “Seller’s Guide to Prep” and discuss how to best prepare and stage your home for photos. Once the home is ready, professional photography will be scheduled. A ProSell For-Sale Sign will also be installed at this time.

04 | We will create luxury listing sheets and a specific marketing plan to best promote the property. Once the listing is finalized, it will be launched on the MLS and syndicated to hundreds of real estate companies and websites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Sotheby’s International Realty, Keller Williams, and more.

05 | First showings are typically at the Open House to increase demand and excitement for the home. Buyers’ agents may request private showings if their clients are unable to attend the Open House or are motivated to make an impressive offer. These showings will be accommodated.

06 | An offer deadline after the first weekend is usually established to create buyer urgency. When an offer(s) is submitted, ProSell will further negotiate to achieve the best possible price and terms for their seller client.

07 | The inspection (if included in the offer) will be arranged and further negotiated if needed. After the Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed, the buyer’s appraisal will be scheduled.

08 | ProSell will guide the seller in preparing all necessary closing documents, including the 6D certificate, Title V, final water and sewer bills, smoke inspection, and other required paperwork for the closing.

09 | The final walkthrough will be arranged, and the closing will take place!
